1. Introduction
Welcome to Path’s Affiliate Program! These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Path Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.
This Program is managed by Outsource Experts Ltd., trading as Path (“Path,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in England and Wales, with its principal place of business at Foxhall Lodge, Foxhall Road, Nottingham, NG7 6LH, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
- The Program is open to Path customers, individuals, and businesses.
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
- Enrollment is application-based, and Path reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
- You must not have an existing or prior violation of Path’s policies.

3. Commission & Payment Terms
- Affiliates earn a 20% commission on all sales made through their unique affiliate link.
- There is no cap on commissions per transaction.
- Commissions apply for up to 12 months per referred customer.
- Pending period: 30 days (to account for potential refunds).
- Minimum payout threshold: $25.
- Payments are made in USD via Wise within the first two weeks of each month.
- If a customer pays in a non-USD currency, their payment will be converted into USD before commission calculation.
- Commissions are not earned on fraudulent, self-referral, or refunded transactions.
4. Affiliate Tracking & Attribution
- The Program uses last-touch attribution, meaning the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently gets credit.
- Cookies track referrals for 60 days.
- If a customer clears cookies or uses a different device, the sale may not be tracked to the affiliate.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must:
- Promote Path’s services honestly and accurately.
- Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, FTC guidelines).
- Use only approved promotional materials.
- Disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Path.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must NOT engage in the following:
- Paid Ads on Any Platform: No Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar paid advertising.
- Trademark Bidding: No bidding on Path’s name, variations, or misspellings in search engines.
- Misleading or False Advertising: No exaggerated claims, fake testimonials, or misleading descriptions.
- Email Spam: No unsolicited emails violating GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or similar regulations.
- Cookie Stuffing or Fraudulent Tracking: No placing affiliate cookies without user consent.
- Incentivized Traffic: No cashback, rewards, or incentives for clicking affiliate links.
- Unauthorized Coupon Promotions: No promoting fake, exclusive, or expired Path discount codes.
- Advertising on Adult, Gambling, or Illegal Websites: No promotions on sites related to adult content, gambling, or illegal activities.
- Impersonating Path: No deceptive landing pages or pretending to be an official Path partner.
- Reselling Path Services Without Permission: No unauthorized reselling of Path services.
Path reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account found in violation of these prohibited activities.
7. Intellectual Property & Branding
- Affiliates may only use Path’s logo, name, or promotional materials with prior written approval.
- Any proposed use of Path’s brand materials must be submitted for review.
- Unauthorized use of Path’s branding may result in account termination.
8. Termination & Modifications
- Path reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time for violations of these terms.
- Path may modify the Program, including commission rates and payout terms, at any time with prior notice.
- Continued participation in the Program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
- Path is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Affiliate Program.
- Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations and compliance with applicable laws.
- Participation in the Program does not create an employer-employee relationship between Path and the affiliate.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in England and Wales.
